FAQs
What time will you be open on Black Friday?
9am
What time do people start lining up?
This varies, but between 3-4AM is early, 5-6AM is common, and some real ones make the commitment to hang all night.
What's your line procedure?
We let in 10 folks at a time to shop for RSD titles, and after 5 minutes that group is asked to move away from the Black Friday RSD titles and into the general shop area to continue browsing our amazing everyday selection (every BF release will have its own divider, so it’ll be super quick to find what you’re looking for + staff on hand to handle any questions).
Can you hold the album I want?
Sorry, no holds. The best thing you can do is let us know what titles you will be after.
Do you take phone orders?
Yes, we'll open the phone lines when the people line is done.
